Cancellation / Refund Policy
Parents retain the right to cancel their enrollment at Kicksy English School at any time. However, cancellations must be made before 25th of the month to avoid payment being taken for the preceding month.
It is important to note that cancellations do not warrant refunds of any fees already remitted, regardless of the reason, including schedule adjustments or unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of Kicksy English School. We reserve the right to modify class schedules or cancel sessions due to unforeseen events, offering suitable alternatives in such instances.

Fees
Upon enrollment, students are required to pay a one-time non-refundable joining fee of 12,000 yen. This fee encompasses access to our English learning materials, football kits, and associated services. Additionally, a monthly tuition fee of 8,800 yen including tax applies until enrollment cancellation, which can be facilitated through our website or by bank transfer.
We encourage parents to thoroughly review program details and schedules before initiating enrollment and to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to payment.

入学時に、初回のみ生徒は12,000円（税込）の入会費を支払う必要があります。この料金には、英語学習教材、サッカーキット（ユニフォーム上下、ソックス）および関連サービスへのアクセスが含まれます。さらに、月額授業料が発生し、直接ウェブサイト経由または直接お問い合わせにての退会キャンセルお申し出まで8800円（税込）がかかります。保護者には、支払い前にプログラムの詳細とスケジュールを十分に確認し、ご質問や懸念事項があれば支払い前にお問い合わせいただくことをお勧めします。
Additional Fees
The new season starting every year in April requires a new workbook, which is different from the previous season. The cost of this workbook is 3,300 yen, including tax.
Additionally, if the workbook is damaged or lost, the cost to replace it is 3,300 yen.
Football kit upgrades are 7,700 yen including tax and can be ordered at any time.
